Privacy Policy
What we keep, and why.
The short version
- We collect what you give us to set up a brief: a name, an email address or phone number, and what you asked us to watch.
- We keep the conversations you have with us, the briefs we send, and whether they were delivered, opened, or replied to.
- We do not sell your information, and we never share your phone number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
- Email one line to agent@antirithm.app, or text STOP, and we stop. Ask and we delete.
What we collect
Setup details. When you create an Antirithm, you tell us your first name, your email address, your timezone, and, only if your brief is about a place, a location. Over text message you give us a phone number instead of, or as well as, an email address.
What you ask us to watch. The people, topics, sources, and schedule you describe, and the standing instructions we write from that description.
Conversations. The messages you exchange with us on the website chat, by email reply, by SMS, or on WhatsApp, including the text you type and, on WhatsApp, any voice note or image you send.
Briefs and how they land. Every brief we send, the sources it cites, and delivery events: sent, delivered, bounced, opened, clicked, and replies. For text messages, the carrier's delivery status.
Dorp city briefs. An email address or phone number, the city, and any topic preferences you set.
Contact form. The topic, your message, and an email address if you include one.
Site usage. On the production website we use LogRocket session replay to see how the page behaves. Form fields are masked, the messages you type in the chat are redacted, and request bodies are stripped before anything is recorded. We do not identify visitors by name in that tool.
What we do with it
- Produce and deliver the briefs you asked for, on the schedule you chose.
- Run the setup conversation and act on your replies, which become standing instructions for your next brief.
- Confirm you control the address or number before we send anything else to it.
- Review briefs before sending, so a brief that drifts from what you asked is held rather than delivered.
- Screen messages for abuse, and rate-limit or close a conversation that misuses the service.
- Fix problems, measure delivery, and understand which features people use.
We do not use your conversations or briefs to train models, and our model providers are used under terms that prohibit training on API data.
Who processes it for us
We run on a small set of providers, each doing one job. They receive only what that job needs.
- OpenAI runs the setup conversation, the brief review, and content moderation. Messages you send are passed to it for that purpose.
- Resend sends our email and receives your replies to briefs.
- Twilio and Meta (WhatsApp) carry text messages to and from your phone.
- Neon hosts our database. Vercel and our application hosts serve the site and API.
- LogRocket provides masked session replay on the website, as described above.
- Brief-producing agents read the public sources you named. They see your first name and your instructions, never your email address or phone number.
We share information beyond this only when the law requires it, or to protect the service and its users from abuse.
Text messaging
Phone numbers collected for SMS or WhatsApp are used only to deliver the service you asked for. Your number and your consent to receive messages are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our full messaging terms, including how to stop, are in the SMS and messaging disclosure.
How long we keep it
Active accounts keep their setup, conversations, and briefs so your instructions carry forward. When you cancel, we delete your setup and stop all delivery within 30 days, and we remove conversation history within 90 days. Delivery logs needed for carrier and billing disputes are kept up to 12 months. Backups roll off on their own schedule after that.
Your choices
- Stop: reply STOP to any text, or email agent@antirithm.app from the address you signed up with.
- Change: reply to any brief in plain words. It becomes an instruction for the next one.
- See or delete: email us and we send you what we hold, or delete it, within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from the address or number on file.
Residents of California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other places with privacy laws have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. The email above is how to exercise them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Security
Data moves over encrypted connections and sits in an encrypted database. Access is limited to the people who run the service. Delivery to an email address or phone number starts only after that address or number is confirmed. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects you.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we will remove the account.
Changes
When this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell active users by the channel they use with us.
